Good Afternoon,

As we get closer to Election Day I wanted to make sure I set up a time to go over Absentees and Early Mail Voters in EMS as well as give everyone an opportunity to ask any questions.

I will be having a refresher on Thursday April 10th and will be having a session in the morning and in the afternoon (times listed below). The meeting should be no longer than 30 minutes so if you are using the enhanced absentee process, please join at 10:30 AM.
Note: The Enhanced Absentee / Early Mail Process refers to the labels with barcodes on them. If you would like to use this and currently don’t or would like to learn more about it feel free to stay on the meeting as it will be covered after your session.

The meeting details/topics covered will be the same so feel free to join either session - this invite is for the MORNING SESSION.

Morning Session:
10:00 AM – 10:30 AM: Regular Absentee / Early Mail Process
10:30 AM – 11:00 AM: Enhanced Absentee/ Early Mail Process
Afternoon Session:
1:00 PM – 1:30 PM: Regular Absentee / Early Mail Process
1:30 PM – 2:00 PM: Enhanced Absentee/ Early Mail Process

* When to expect Permanently Sick or Disabled (PSD) list/labels if we get it for you
* How to enter Absentee and Early Mail Voter requests
* How to print labels
* How to track received Absentee and Early Mail ballots
* Reports available
* Questions (if you would like to submit questions now feel free to do send them over so I can make sure they are answered)
